Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation 48 Hours or More Prior to Tour: If you cancel your tour 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time, we will refund your deposit in full. We appreciate your early notification, as it allows us to accommodate other guests. - Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Tour Start: Deposits will not be refunded if you cancel within 48 hours of the tour start time. This policy is in place to compensate for arrangements already made and reserved specifically for your tour. - Last-Minute Changes: While we strive to be understanding of unforeseen circumstances, last-minute cancellations or no-shows prevent us from offering the reserved tour experience to others. Therefore, refunds are not provided for cancellations within 72 hours of the tour start or for no-shows. - Contact Us: If you need to make changes to your booking or have any questions about our cancellation policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
